PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a train sensing track circuit, train sensing device, and centralized electronic control system for railroad crossing having a reasonable constitution in terms of equipment cost and maintenance to be applied to a division where a plurality of crossings are concentrated. SOLUTION: A plurality of signal receivers are installed on at least one of the upstream and downstream of one transmitter to transmit track circuit signals so that the arrangement manages with one transmitter with the aid of a plurality of receivers. When a train existing is sensed by one receiver installed at the starting or ending point of an alarming operation of any crossing, a timer means to clock the elapse of the specified distance correcting time is actuated, and when the timer means has ended clocking the distance correcting time, judgement is passed that the foregoing train has reached the starting point of the alarming operation of another crossing.
