摘要

control of turbulence in boundary turbulent area of flow field near surface of wall possessing system of paired cylindrical vortices or strips adjoining surface. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has unit for introduction of passive disturbance action suppressing formation of paired cylindrical vortices; said unit has form of two-dimensional lattice of projections or recesses on said surface located in successive columns perpendicularly to direction of flow.
