PURPOSE: A device for mitigating vibration of rotary compressor is provided to mitigate vibration generated in a slot part as the rotary compressor works. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a vibration mitigation device comprising four elastic members(21,22,23,24) placed on a vane(12) placed on one side of a body of a cylinder(6) having a cylindrical compression space in which an eccentric part of a rotary axis(4), a roller(7), is placed and contacting the roller to divide the compression space into an intake area(13) and a compression area(5) or a vane slot to which the vane is inserted to reduce vibration generated as the vane is moved by rotation of the roller; and a supporting device formed on one side of the vane slot or the vane for the vibration mitigation device to be installed thereto.
