PURPOSE: Provided is a method of measurement for agronomical survey, thereby rapidly and accurately prescribing a fertilizer suitable for each crop. CONSTITUTION: The method of measurement for agronomical survey comprises the steps of: preparing a test sample by collecting soil then followed by adding it into a leaching reagent, mixing and filtering the mixture to leach soil components; preparing a coloring solution by adding distilled water and a coloring reagent into the test sample then mixing them; putting the coloring solution into a transparent quartz tube then irradiating lights thereto; measuring light receiving values in a detector; substituting the light receiving values for each soil component value pre-set in the detector; calculating measurement values of the components then displaying them.
