PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network resistor in which change of resistance is reduced when a resistor is used. SOLUTION: A common electrode 4 is formed in the central part of an insulating substrate 1, facing a plurality of individual electrodes 2 and 3 which are arranged on the surface of the substrate 1 so as to face each other. Between the individual electrodes 2, 3 and the common electrode 4, resistance films 10 are electrically connected intersecting the common electrode 4. The width of the resistance film 10b intersecting the common electrode 4 is reduced and made smaller than the width of other resistance film, thereby reducing the overlapping area. It can be reduced that conductor component in the common electrode is diffused in the resistance films by heat generation of the resistor when it is used. On the contrary, it can be reduced that glass component in the resistance film is diffused in the common electrode. As a result, change of the resistance caused by heat is reduced when the resistor is used.
