PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable retaining an electronic apparatus with an electronic apparatus accommodating box irrespective of depth of the electronic apparatus, without applying special work to the electronic apparatus side. SOLUTION: This retaining metal fixture for an electronic apparatus accommodating box is used for an electronic apparatus accommodating box. The box is provided with a rectangular box-shaped cabinet in which an aperture is formed on one surface, a lid body which caps the aperture of the cabinet so as to be freely opened and closed, and retaining members which are disposed upright at four corners of the cabinet in order to retain an apparatus retaining metal fixture of an electronic component in which the apparatus retaining metal fixture is attached along the side. In at least one side retaining members out of an aperture side and a depth side of the cabinet, facing surfaces which face with each other are made attaching surfaces for attaching the apparatus retaining metal fixture. The retaining metal fixture for an electronic apparatus accommodating box is provided with an adjustment attaching segment 2 in which attaching parts 2a to be attached on the attaching surfaces of the one side retaining members are arranged along the depthwise direction of the cabinet, and a fixed attaching segment 1 to be attached on the other end side of the apparatus retaining metal fixture whose one end side is retained with the other side retaining members.
