PURPOSE: To provide a high refractive index material which has excellent stability in preservation and antistatic performance, and a laminate for preventing reflection which has excellent antireflection performance and antistatic performance. CONSTITUTION: The high refractive index material 10 consists of (1) 100 pts.wt. electroconductive metal oxide particles the average particle size of which ranges 0.01-2 μm, (2) 1-70 pts.wt. polymer containing hydroxyl group, (3) 1-70 pts.wt. hardener containing a functional group reacting with hydroxyl group, and its refractive index after setting is 0.60 or more. The laminate for preventing reflection 16 is obtained by using the same.
