PURPOSE: A method of constructing a reinforcing material for a temporary retaining wall made of reinforced earth is provided to apply an appropriate tensile force so that the reinforcing material carries out a work for pulling, thereby preventing the reinforcing material from loosening and preventing the retaining wall from being deformed when constructing the temporary retaining wall using the reinforced earth. CONSTITUTION: A band-shaped reinforcing material(6) made of plastics is zigzag connected between an attached ring formed in an internal side of a retaining wall(1) of reinforced earth and a fixing iron bars(5) fixed with an anchor(4) at a rear of a body(3) of the reinforced earth. The retaining wall is supported by burying the body(3) of the reinforced earth at a rear of the retaining wall(1). A device for pulling(10) placed between the fixing iron bar(5) fixed with the anchor(4) and the rear end(6a) of the reinforcing material(6) is operated to pull from one side to the other side of the reinforcing material(6) being zigzag connected from the retaining wall(1) and the fixing iron bar(5), thereby preventing the reinforcing material(6) from loosening and also providing a regular tensile state. Then, after covering with the body(3) of the reinforced earth, it is hardened by applying oscillation and pressure.
