PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source circuit which electronic devices can initiate safely and rapidly, using effectively residual charges of a capacitive element used as an auxiliary power source for the power source circuit of the electronic devices. SOLUTION: A power source circuit 100 comprises a power source 5, a capacitive element 8, SW1 provided between the power source 5 and the capacitive element 8, SW2 provided between the capacitive 8 and load, a detector means (A/D converter 11) detecting voltage of the power source 5, and control means (a microprocessor 1 and a DC/DC converter 7) for controlling the on/off of SW1, SW2, based on power source voltage detected and turns off the switches SW1, SW2.
