PURPOSE: A roof carrier is provided to stably install in a vehicle without any tools by offering each component as completed products. CONSTITUTION: A bracket body(20) contains an accepting space by equipping with a supporting bracket, a horizontal face with a penetrating member and a wall body. A pressing member(30) is combined with a hinge shaft(25) by crossing the accepting space. A lifting member(40) and a rotating member(50) are formed in a roof panel. A blade member(60) is hinged under the rotating member. In rotating the rotating member, the pressing member presses a rail bar(90). The rail bar is stuck to the horizontal face. A combining bolt(70) penetrates the blade member and the bracket body sequentially. A tightening member(71) is combined with the combining bolt. The rotating member maintains the rotated state by supporting the blade member inside the bracket body through the tightening of the combining bolt.
