PURPOSE: Provided are a Rhynchosia Nolubilis drink and its preparing method by using Rhynchosia Nolubilis as a main ingredient and licorice root, bamboo leaves and the like. The Rhynchosia Nolubilis drink has abundant nutrients of Rhynchosia Nolubilis and good effect on blood purification and detoxication. CONSTITUTION: The Rhynchosia Nolubilis drink is manufactured by the steps of: infusing 20g of licorice roots, 20-40g of bamboo leaves in 200g of water; taking the infusion therefrom and adding 200g of water thereto; boiling it and taking the infusion again; mixing a first infusion and a second infusion and soaking Rhynchosia Nolubilis therein; manufacturing the soaked Rhynchosia Nolubilis into slush in a blender with heating at 80-100 deg.C; centrifuging the slush to obtain a solution; sterilizing the solution at high temperature of 145 deg.C for 2 seconds; and packing it.
