PURPOSE: A pipe joint flange is provided to prevent the leakage of water by preventing the twisting in a joint portion of pipes. CONSTITUTION: An airtight packing maintains the airtight by installing joint portions of pipes. A position fixing member(8) contains unevenness(8') to prevent the twisting of the pipes. First and second flanges(1) are separated to upper bodies(3a,4a) and lower bodies(3b,4b) to combine in the position fixing member. Unevenness(5) are formed in the flanges to be corresponding to the unevenness(8'). Circular grooves and bolt slots(18) are formed in the flanges to combine bolts(6) and nuts. Two inserting grooves(16) are formed in the lower body(3b), and two position fixing rods(10) are formed in the second flange. A position control handle rod(12) is inserted in the position fixing groove by fixing in the upper body(3a). A combining portion(13) contains bolt slots(18') to combine the upper bodies and the lower bodies. Thereby, the combining force of pipes is improved. Moreover, the twisting and the gap are prevented by preventing the movement of pipes through the fixing member.
