PURPOSE: A rotatable playing apparatus to be installed in a playground is provided to effectively cause the interest of children and improve a reliability about the playing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The rotatable playing apparatus comprises a disk housing(10) having a seat portion(10a) for allowing a user to sit; a support member(12) installed radially for sectionalizing the seat portion and serving as a handle; a plurality of rotation supports(20) connected along the circumference of a rotating shaft(7) to support the disk housing in a rotatable and rollable manner; and a plurality of elastic springs(30) alternately installed with the supports around the rotating shaft to elastically support the disk housing.
