PURPOSE: A universal control circuit device is provided to control a signal for accessing to a circuit which is operated by a signal of a power PC processor in a different kind of processor in the case that a different kind of processor as well as a power PC processor of the Motorola company is used in a power PC leased interface circuit. CONSTITUTION: A specific processor leased interface circuit(200) is manufactured for being interfaced with a specific processor. A different kind of processor(400) besides the specific processor performs a signal process with the specific processor leased interface circuit(200). A universal control circuit(300) converts an input/output of the different kind of processor(400) adapted to an input/output signal of the specific processor leased interface circuit(200). In detail, if the different kind of processor(400) transmits an address signal to the universal control circuit(300), the universal control circuit(300) converts the address signal into a signal which is recognized in the specific processor leased interface circuit(200) and transmits the signal. The universal control circuit(300) converts and transmits/receives input/output data of the different kind of processor(400) for being recognized in the specific processor leased interface circuit(200).
