PURPOSE: A brake system of a vehicle is provided to enlarge the contact area optimally by eliminating the incomplete contact area from thermal deformation of a brake disk with operating brake pads individually. CONSTITUTION: A brake system for a vehicle is composed of a brake assembly having pressure pads(21) generating friction individually at both sides of a brake disk(10) rotating with wheels at high speed; and an operating unit(30) operating pads of the brake assembly individually, and preventing incomplete contact from thermal deformation of the brake disk. The weight is reduced with braking by using an actuator, and the expenses are decreased by preventing lowering of performance from oil leakage. Braking force is improved with preventing incomplete contact from thermal deformation of the brake disk by operating pads individually.
