PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing bake hardenable high strength steel sheets with high strength and increased dent resistance by 20 % in comparison with conventional bake hardenable high strength steel sheets is provided. CONSTITUTION: The bake hardenable high strength steel sheets comprise carbon 0.002 to 0.003 wt.%, manganese 1.0 to 1.4 wt.%, phosphorus 0.03 to 0.06 wt.%, titanium 0.01 to 0.02 wt.% and aluminum 0.03 to 0.06 wt.%.
