PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module constituting a photovoltaic power generation facility having a system voltage of 600 V or higher, and having a solar cell sealing film capable of suppressing occurrence of PID phenomenon.SOLUTION: In the solar cell module constituting a photovoltaic power generation facility having a system voltage of 600 V or higher, a solar cell sealing film is placed between a solar cell element and a front side transparent protective member and/or a back side protective member, and the solar cell element is sealed by the solar cell sealing film. The solar cell sealing film consists of a cross-linked cured film of a composition containing an ethylene-polar monomer copolymer and a crosslinking agent. The product (&rgr;v×t) of the volume resistivity (&rgr;v(&OHgr; cm))(conforming to JIS K6911-1995) of the solar cell sealing film at a temperature of 25°C after cross-linked curing, and the thickness (t(cm)) of the solar cell sealing film is 5.0×10or more. |
