Novelty consists in that the bearing element is made of elastic material in the form of a bush, on both ends thereof being executed holes of different diameters. The end of the bush with a bigger hole contains a bearing collar, having a bigger diameter than the screw head. The end with a smaller hole is made with thread for the screw.
