PURPOSE: A side glass adhesion structure of a vehicle is provided to improve watertightness and to adhere side glasses easily and strongly. CONSTITUTION: In a side glass adhesion structure of a vehicle for connecting side glasses(2,2') installed to sides a vehicle, performing watertight process, installing a frame(5) in front of the connected part, and installing a filler cover(6) in front of the frame, sealant(110) is applied on the edge of the contact surface of the frame and the side glasses. A supporting piece(120) having coupling holes(121) is disposed in the center of the contact surface of the frame and side glasses. A vertical molding(8) is disposed in the rear of the side glasses. A wedge-shaped clip(130) is fit in the coupling hole of the supporting piece, with passing through the vertical molding. Therefore, the side glasses are connected and fixed easily and strongly.
