PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life saving device or sack able to prevent wear-out of a body when the body glides on a floor or a ground and able to be slept in a stable state. SOLUTION: A bottom area of the life saving device or sack's body 1 that a stretch material is covered with a cloth-like material from outside is covered with a plastic sheet 2 being bendable and having flexure elasticity. The plastic sheet 2 is clung to the body 1.
