PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep temperature detection accuracy proper while effectively restricting the viewing angle of a non-contact type temperature sensor. SOLUTION: This temperature detecting device 3 is used for detecting the surface temperature of a heated body 1 without contacting it by disposing the non-contact type temperature sensor 4 separately from the heated body 1 heated by a heating source 2. A reflecting cylindrical body 5 with a transparent hole 6 for restricting the viewing angle of the temperature sensor 4 formed is disposed between the heated body 1 and the temperature sensor 4. The cylindrical body 5 is formed of a material having a thermal conductivity of 20 W/m.k or less. A reflecting surface 7 is provided for the inside surface of the transparent hole 6. The detection device 3 is used in this fixing device.
