PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of rocket firework shell skin, in which works for sticking material-reinforcement paper repeatedly on a shell is simplified and the efficiency of producing the shells is enhanced. SOLUTION: The periphery of the half skin of a shell skin is made in the thickness same as in a conventional one, and the other part (bottom) is formed thicker. The reinforcement paper is stuck only on the periphery of the half shell, and the reinforcing paper is not stuck repeatedly in the other part. Nevertheless, the same strength can be demonstrated as in the case of the paper being stuck over and over.
