PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature rise by making use of an STN liquid crystal display tube as a display means section. SOLUTION: There are provided an outer casing base 12, display means 14 provided on the surface, a control board A20 provided in parallel to the outer casing base, a control board B between the control board A20 and the display means 14 as a sub control board, and air fan means 18 for producing cooling air. Further, a gap of the cooling air passage are provided respectively between the display means 14 and the control board B19, and between the control board A20 and the control board B19, whereby the cold air flows along the back surface of the display means.
