PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate data which are so generated that they are displayed on the display screen of a personal computer with a remote controller of a television by converting the data so that they are displayed on the display screen of the television. SOLUTION: A document temporary storage part 2204 stores an HTML document that an information acquisition part 2201 obtains from outside. A cursor shape storage part 2203 stores a cursor shape with a number given to a link text relating documents to each other. An image information generation part 2206 computes the arrangement position of a hot spot and generates image information by arranging a cursor shape with the number of appearance order of the link text in the display image at the computed position additionally to the link text. A link information generation part 2207 generates link information controlling the switching of the image information corresponding to the number.
