PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support member which can suppress vibrations transmit ted between an electronic component and the place to be allotted to, and is easy to handle and can be made compact. SOLUTION: The support member 1 is constituted of a fitting part 3 and a holding part 5. The fitting part 3 is formed of a flexible PET-made sheet material 7. The holding part 5 is formed of a gel resin material, and it is fixed onto the sheet material 7 with an outsert molding. A microphone M is housed in the microphone housing part 19 of the holding part 5, and the fitting part is secured to the place to be fitted to with a screw or rivet, etc., thereby suppressing transmittance of vibrations to the microphone M.
