PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably improve the movability of a slide and diopter movement stably in an electronic viewfinder having a sliding mechanism and a diopter movement mechanism. SOLUTION: In the electronic viewfinder, the image display unit of a video camera in which a relative positional relationship to an image is obtained by pulling out the lens unit of the electronic viewfinder when used and which becomes compact by housing the lens unit, has a cylindrical thin member to install a bearing for sliding two shafts of the lens unit inside, the lens unit has a lens to zoom the image of the image display unit, the shafts for carrying out the sliding also functions as the diopter movement mechanism of the lens. In the above electronic viewfinder, at least three or more shafts are placed, the cylindrical thin member installed inside the slide bearing of the image display unit, has bearings adjusted to the number of shafts, the holding member being the bearing of the diopter movement mechanism of the lens, also has the same number of bearings as that of shafts.
