PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to satisfactorily know the time by allowing the illumination with a light emitting member even in a dark place. SOLUTION: A metal layer 21 having a number of minute through-holes 25 formed thereon is arranged on the upper surface of the light emitting member 20, a light transmitting sheet 22 is provided on the upper surface of the metal layer 22, and a light non-transmitting decorative part 24 is provided on the upper surface of the light transmitting sheet 22. Accordingly, when the light from the light emitting member 20 is transmitted by the light transmitting sheet 22 through the through-holes 25 of the metal layer 21 in a dark place to illuminate the upper surface side, the light is shielded in the position of the light non-transmitting decorative part 24, but the upper surface side of the light transmitting sheet 22 can be substantially entirely brightly illuminated with the light from the light emitting member 20 without darkening the whole area of the position corresponding to the decorative part as in a conventional one because a number of through-holes are formed also in the metal layer 21 of the position corresponding to the decorative part 24. Accordingly, the time can be satisfactorily know even in the dark place, and the decorative part 24 can be visually confirmed by the profile eyen in the dark place.
