POWER-ASSISTED BICYCLE, AND POWER BICYCLE HAVING OPERATION SWITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation switch in which the determination of ON-OFF can be simply and ergonomically understood and the operation is simple in a power-assisted bicycle. SOLUTION: The power-assisted bicycle which can be traveled by supplementing the stepping force by the electric force comprises an electric motor 37 for outputting the electric force, a power source 17 for energizing the electric motor, an operation switch 60 which can be operated respectively to the ON-state and the OFF-state as the initial state so as to command ON and OFF of the power source. The operation switch 60 is in a neutral state which is neither the ON-state nor the OFF-state as an initial state, and returned to the neutral state after either operation to the ON-state or the OFF-state.
