PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonizing apparatus which can suppress the emission of smoke, bad odor, harmful components. SOLUTION: In this carbonizing apparatus, the emitted gas in a carbonizing chamber is taken out and burned in a combustion means 1, and then the combustion gas is introduced into a heating chamber with the generated combustion heat and is exhausted to an exhaust pipe 8. To achieve this, this carbonizing apparatus has the combustion means 1, the exhaust pipe 8, a first introduction pipe 6 which is jointed with the carbonizing chamber at one end and with the combustion means 1 at the other, and a second introduction pipe 7 which is jointed with the combustion means 1 at one end and with the heating chamber at the other.
