PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic connector for a vibration generator being available at low cost with high productivity and capable of being appropriately designed in shape to match a small space inside electronic equipment, while facilitating assembly by making an electric connection between the electrode of the vibration generator and a circuit board electrode via the elastic connector, and to provide a device fitted therewith. SOLUTION: In the elastic connector for the vibration generator serving as a vibration-generating electronic device, the conducting part of the elastic connector consisting of a rubber-like elastic body and a conductive medium for making an electrical connection of the vibration generator is formed as it is oriented by magnetic force within the molding die of the rubber-like elastic body.
