PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect air cooling ventilation box being built in the cooler of an electronic component in which the number of components is decreased, the productivity is improved and the reliability of dustproofness and waterproofness is enhanced. SOLUTION: In the indirect air cooling ventilation box where a cooling air passage is formed while being curved from the inlet to the outlet of cooling air and an opening having an area smaller than the cross-sectional area of the cooling air passage is made in an end plate where the inlet and the outlet close the ends of the cooling air passage, the end plate is formed integrally with the circumferential wall part defining the cooling air passage extending from the inlet to the outlet.
