PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a complete open region in a hollow part after fusing by an overcurrent in an electroconductive wiring, and completely remove the possibility of connecting the electrode with the fused electroconductive wiring again, as the electrode part is not possessed at the bottom part of the hollow part. SOLUTION: In this protective device, the electroconductive wiring 22 is formed on the same plane as the connecting face of the electrode part 21 and the electroconductive wiring 22. Further, the electrode part 21 does not exist in the lower part of the electroconductive wiring 22 collected in a region of an airtight hollow part 26. Because of that, in this protective device, when an overcurrent not less than the rating flows through the outside connection terminals 27, the electroconductive wiring 22 is fused and functions as protection against the overcurrent, but the electrode 21 is not reconnected by this fused electroconductive wiring 22. As a result, the protective device can be realized in which the product quality is enhanced.
