PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing management system for carrying out processing to print a plurality of drawings in a batch such as the preserved release of drawings capable of automatically detecting overlapped drawings from inputted component numbers, and preventing the drawings from being printed while being overlapped. SOLUTION: This drawing management system for printing a plurality of drawings corresponding to a plurality of inputted component numbers is provided with a drawing data base in which a plurality of drawing files are stored so as to be associated with component numbers, a means for retrieving those drawing files corresponding to those inputted component numbers from the drawing data base, a means for detecting the overlapped drawing files from those retrieved drawing files, and a printing means for printing the drawings of those retrieved drawing files. Thus, the drawings included in the overlapped drawing files can be prevented from being printed while being overlapped in response to the detection of the overlapped drawing files.
