PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure device for an original optical disk, in which a laser interferometer is used and variation of a track pitch is decreased. SOLUTION: Variations in a linear motor drive signal is suppressed, by adding a circuit which decreases an external disturbance peculiar to an installed environment which is superimposed, when the output of the laser interferometer is inputted to a servo circuit.
