PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase article registration system with which purchasing can be canceled or the information of an article changed to the other article can be registered as well when previously registering articles. SOLUTION: When a first article planned for purchase among a plurality of articles is selected as an article planned for purchase before adjustment, a first system (20) generates first purchase planned article information showing the first article planned for purchase and registers the first purchase planned article information in a storage part (40) as purchase planned article information. On the basis of the purchase planned article information registered in the storage part (40), a second system (30) makes the adjustment of the article planned for purchase. When the first article planned for purchase is changed, before adjustment, to a second article planned for purchase among a plurality of articles as an article planned for purchase, the first system (20) changes the first purchase planned article information to second purchase planned article information showing the second article planned to purchase and registers the second purchase planned article information in the storage part (40) as purchase planned article information.
