PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonant DC-DC converter for a large current (using a bus bar) which is easy to adjust the resonance frequency and to manufacture, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the resonant DC-DC converter which is possible of large current application, a resonance coil, which resonates, being connected in series to the coil of a transformer, is constituted of a bus bar, and this bus bar for the resonance coil is covered with a resin plate 11 having a core passage hole 110. This converter can perform the adjustment of the inductance of the resonance coil 8 and the adjustment of resonance frequency with it.
