PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage reduction gear that is strong, has a long service life, has low noise, and is small and inexpensive. SOLUTION: This multi-stage reduction gear comprises a gear case 6 having the same inner diameter, brackets 4 and 5 that is stored in the gear case 6 and has U-shaped cross section, connecting means 7, 8, and 9 such as knock pins for connecting the brackets 3, 4, and 5, and reduction gear groups 10, 11, 14, 15, and 18 comprising outer teeth. An input shaft 2 and an output shaft 19 of the reduction gear are constituted concentrically, and reduction gear bearings 12, 13, 16, 17, 20, and 21 are constituted with center bearings.
