SOUND ABSORBING PANEL ON BACKSIDE OF UNDER-GIRDER PART OF ELEVATED ROAD AND THE LIKE, AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorbing panel, which facilitates work for mounting the panel on the backside of an under-girder part of an expressway, etc., and work for adjusting a mounting position, and a mounting structure for the panel. SOLUTION: A mounting rail is bolt-connected to a bottom surface part of a recessed groove of a top surface part of the sound absorbing panel. The mounting rail has two upper and lower hollow parts which are divided into two upper and lower stages by an intermediate partition wall; the upper hollow part is high and wide enough to allow the unturnable insertion of a head of a bolt for connection with a beam; and a slit-shaped opening wide enough to allow the passage of a shank of the bolt is formed in a top surface of the upper hollow part. The lower hollow part is high and wide enough to allow the unturnable insertion of a nut into which a bolt for connection with a top surface of the sound absorbing panel is to be screwed, and a bottom wall of the lower hollow part is provided with a bolt hole through which a shank of the bolt is to pass.
