PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put a motor itself and a device, where this motor is used, into compact and simple structure. SOLUTION: This motor is provided with a rotatable rotor, which has a hollow cylindrical magnet part with at least its peripheral face divided in circumferential direction and magnetized alternately in different poles, a first outer magnetic pole which is excited by a first oil and is opposed to the section within a first specified angle range at the outside periphery of the magnet part, a first inner magnetic pole which is excited by the first coil and is opposed to the inside periphery of the magnet part, a second outer magnetic pole which is excited by a second coil and is opposed to the section within a second specified angle range at the outside periphery of the magnet part, and a second inner magnetic pole, which is excited by the second coil and is opposed to the inside periphery of the magnet part. Then, the first outer magnetic pole and the second outer magnetic pole are arranged on the same circumference centered on the magnet part.
