FIELD: organic chemistry, heterocyclic compounds, medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of heterocyclic benzocycloalkenes of the general formula (I) where R1 means OH, C1-C6-alkoxy-group; R2 means C1-C6-alkyl; R3 means C1-C6-alkyl, -(CH2)1-2-aryl where aryl means phenyl, CH2-(C3-C7)-cycloalkyl; R4 and R5 means simultaneously or in contrast each to other H, Cl, F, C1-C6-alkyl, OH, C1-C6-alkoxy-group, -(CH2)0-2-aryl, -O-(CH2)0-2--aryl; ceparyl means unsubstituted phenyl or mono- substituted phenyl, -CON(R6R7). Invention describes also method of synthesis of these compounds. Substituted heterocyclic benzocycloalkenes show analgetic effect being their biological efficiency is mediated partially or mainly by opiate receptors as agonists.
