PURPOSE: A floor panel having rear impact absorbing structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent the breakage of a fuel pipe and to protect a passenger in a rear-end collision by reinforcing the rear face of a body with an impact bar. CONSTITUTION: A front floor panel(12) and a rear floor panel(13) are respectively installed in the front and rear portions of a center floor panel(11). Rear floor side members(15) are installed at both lower sides of the rear floor panel. An impact bar(110) is crosswise installed in the rear face of the rear floor panel. Both ends of the impact bar are fixed with the rear floor side members through both sides of the rear floor panel.
