PURPOSE: A total safety system for a household, a shopping center, and an enterprise is provided to efficiently and quickly inform a sudden emergency situation occurred in the household, the shopping center, and the enterprise to a police station, a fire station, a charge process station. CONSTITUTION: An invasion sensor(10) senses an invader and a burglar and outputs an invasion sensing signal. A fire sensor(30) senses a fire status and outputs a fire sensing signal. A gas sensor(20) senses a gas leakage status and outputs a gas sensing signal. A collecting section(40) collects the invasion sensing signal, the fire sensing signal, and the gas sensing signal. A processor(50) compares the invasion sensing signal, the fire sensing signal, and the gas sensing signal with a reference sensing signal, and composes and processes a situation code, a call code, and a subscriber code according to the compared result. A transmitter(60) modulates a process signal of the processor(50) to a transmitting modulation signal and transmits it to wire and wireless telephone numbers. A receiver reads the transmitting modulation signal form the transmitter(60) by codes.
