The present invention relates to concrete grouting method and its apparatus which are used for improving soft earth ground, by constructing reinforced bar concrete pile structure in the earth. Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide process for securing firm concrete pile having reinforced bar core with uniform grouting by means of pile devices of which projections are formed radially and conical-shaped bit, is formed pointedly.
