PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile transmission controller that can efficiently fax data at a reduced communication charge by continuously transmitting data with respect to a plurality of faxing requests when the FAX number is the same and combining data with respect to a plurality of the faxing requests to transmit the data through one communication access to a communication line. SOLUTION: Every time a CPU 1 accepts a faxing request, the CPU 1 selects a port where a job of the same FAX number exists among a plurality of faxing ports on the basis of the FAX number and assigns a faxing request this time to the selected port. In this case, the CPU 1 controls the transmission sequence of a plurality of jobs so as to continuously fax the jobs whose FAX number is the same. Or the CPU 1 combines data of a plurality of the jobs whose FAX number is the same and transmits the combined data to a communication line by one communication connection.
