PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed board cutting device by which the branch part of a printed board can be broken surely at an accurate position by means of the edge of a cutter, while preventing the broken piece of the branch part from projecting unnecessarily or a wiring pattern, or the like, from being broken, and an undue pressing force is prevented from being applied by providing an offset at the edge of the cutter so that the peaks of pressing force are not overlapped. SOLUTION: In order to divide a printed board 1 where a component mounting board region 1b, for example, is divided by region gaps 1f coupled partially through a branch part 1e, the wedge-like pointed edges 9b of two cutters 9 are pressed against the branch part 1e by means of a printed board cutting device 3. An offset F is provided at the edge 9b of each cutter 9.
