PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element which has a sufficient luminance, which is superior in a stability and durability, and in which realization of a large area is possible and manufacturing is easy. SOLUTION: In the electric field light-emitting element constituted of one or plural organic compound layers pinched between a pair of electrodes at least one of which is transparent or semi-transparent, at least one layer of the organic compound layer contains not less than one kind of hole transporting polyester composed of repetition units to contain at least one kind selected from a structure shown by formulae (I-1) and (I-2) as a part structure.
