PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of a wrinkle of a light transmitting layer or the dispersion of an adhesive and the mixing of an air bubble, and to improve the corrosion resistance, by preventing a blocking phenomenon at the time of laminating a disk substrate and a sheet. SOLUTION: To begin with, after burying a disk outer periphery supporting part 15 consisting of a plurality of pins to be buried/protruded, by pulling in using a spring or pushing a push-ring, a sheet 4 is loaded on a sheet holding part 13. The outer periphery part of a substrate 1 is supported by the top end of the outer periphery supporting part 15, by protruding the outer periphery supporting part 15. The outer periphery supporting part 15 is obliquely buried by pressing the disk substrate 1. When the interval between the disk substrate 1 and the sheet 4 becomes about 1 mm, they are firmly pressed each other, in which the supporting is released. The substrate 1 and the sheet 4 are laminated, in which the outer periphery edge of the substrate 1 is supported by a tapered side using the outer periphery supporting part whose top is tapered, in which the supporting part is extended to the outside with the press, and in which the clearance is secured just before the press for connection.
