PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the display of really required information lacks when an object is detected from a picture inputted from an on-vehicle camera and the like and it is displayed to a driver. SOLUTION: A picture detection means 202 detects the object of detection, which is previously decided, from picture data accumulated in a picture buffer 201, and outputs the detection result. A detection result processing means 203 selects a display pattern at every detection result by referring to a display pattern storage table 204 which is previously prepared. A display content is outputted in a system designated by a display means 205 described in the display pattern.
