PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent malfunction by making the density constant, performing writing work on a personal computer, in order to solve the problem of the malfunction of a facsimile frequently generated due to density, because data are written directly by hand on a mark sheet for facsimile data conversion in the conventional equipment, and to make it possible for a used mark sheet to be preserved on a magnetic disk, a hard disk, etc., new information can be retrieved at all time, and fetched data can be preserved permanently. SOLUTION: Either a facsimile 3 or an image scanner 5 is selected, in response to need and connected with the personal computer 4. The mark sheet 1 is subjected to writing work on the personal computer 1, and data are preserved on the magnetic disk 7 or the hard disk 8. When it becomes necessary, the worked mark sheet 1 is outputted with a connected printer 6. The mark sheet 1 is inserted in the facsimile 3 and transmission and reception are performed.
