The present invention provides an information recording medium which can be used commonly in plural services so that a variety of reservations, a simplified examination process at the time of entrance and exit, and a simplified settlement of accounts, etc., and a utilizing system of the same. The information recording medium at least comprises information relating to the settlement of accounts, identification information of the information recording medium, reservation information indicating that a specified resource is occupied for a specified time period previously, and information on services to be settled.
